Day 34...Crafts, yard sales, gun powder, & bonfires
Sue & Elwood Witter from Rochester is visiting this week. We went to a craft show in Black Rock RV Park.
Coins of all sizes are beautifully carved out into necklaces and earrings. The silver dollars were especially pretty
We then went to Bouse & found a few yard sales and seen some interesting things. A miniature army Sherman tank and the working Bouse Assay office.
On to the Rondaveu(?). A Black Powder gun contest. They also had hatchet and knife throwing. We listened to some interesting and knowledgeable vendors talk to us about that era.
Back to Wagon West and a Bonfire with hot dogs and other goodies.
Finally back home to see poor Molly who had to stay home alone all day.
We (Witters and us) had a good evening of visiting and Sue and I watched a movie.
Happy 50th Anniversary to our good friends Cliff and Verona Priggie.
Good night and God Bless
Maybe I will learn how to do this blog right someday. None of the pictures are in the order I wrote about them. I hope you can figure it out.
