Day 2... We got a little ways...

Good evening,

We left the Des Moines motel at noon today. Mel was feeling a lot better by
then. But by 5 he wasn't feeling the best again. He isn't coughing as much so that helps.

We are in Emporia Kansas. The Motel 6 room is pretty nice for a change. We got a Subway sandwich and ate at the motel and then Mel went right to bed.

Now I am coughing too so I hope I don't get sick... NO, I refuse.

Seen a beautiful sunset but nothing else to exciting happened today..
