Hi there
We had a busy day. Had a blood test this morning. Then went up to Parker. (47 miles) We had some lunch first. I had a chicken wrap. Wow... it was a true SouthWest chicken wrap. Full of hot sauce. I put ranch dressing and sour cream on it and that helped cool it down. wew... It was HOT.
On to Walmart and got my new TV. Was only one brand 19 inch to get so hopped it would be ok. It is a element brand. Ever heard of it? Got it home and hooked up and it works just fine.
Groceries next. I hate that job. Everything is so expensive. Had to leave the car running as Molly was along. (of course) It was only 88 or 89 degrees.
Got gas too. It is at $1.81
Home about 5. Put groceries away and headed Dos Amigo's for Taco's.
We got to the jam pretty early so had time to check out cactus. Desert Gold has a whole long road of cactus so had to look for buds. Seems like cactus is so late to bloom this year. Only one kind had buds on them. It was pretty cold in January so maybe that set them back. Home again at 9:15
Not many musicians playing the jam anymore. So many have moved on. Still the music was awesome.
Our neighbor, Diana, brought over a pineapple upside down cake. Sure is good.
Way past my bedtime so
Good night & God Bless
Hugs
On the way home I was thinking that I haven't taken any pictures of the hills
this year so this is a little one near our place.
Beautiful sunset seen at Desert Gold.
Credits goes to Audrey Wilson for this one.
